Can I have Pimlico products delivered to me outside the above countries? What will it cost?
Please contact us directly to place an order from other countries. Shipping costs will be calculated based the order size and destination. All local customs costs are payable by the customer.


How can I pay?
We accept online payment with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. If you prefer another means of payment (e.g., bank transfer) please contact us directly.

 


Delivery

Who will deliver my goods?
Pimlico delivers with DPD and Business Post, depending on the destination. 

Others shipping services are available on request at additional cost.

How long will it take for my goods to be dispatched? How long after dispatch will the goods arrive?

Pimlico dispatches goods from our warehouse in Belgium within 2 days of order/payment. Depending on the destination within Europe, you can expect to receive your goods 2 to 4 days after dispatch. Dispatch and delivery times may be longer during holiday periods and peak seasons.


Can I track my order online?
Yes. After the order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a link to track the progress of your shipment.


Exchanges and Returns

What is your policy on exchanges and returns?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of order delivery to the customer. Customers can choose either an exchange or a full refund. If the goods exchanged differ in value from the return, an additional charge/refund will be made accordingly. Any returned goods, whether for an exchange or refund, must be sent to us complete, unused and in the original packaging; any breach of these conditions will result in non-acceptance of the returns.

We recommend you send any goods for return/exchange via registered post, and retain proof of shipment for your records. The customer is responsible for the costs of sending any returned goods back to us.


I have requested a refund. When and how will I receive it?
Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of any returned goods. Refunds are made via the method/card used for original payment.
