What is your policy on exchanges and returns?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of order delivery to the customer. Customers can choose either an exchange or a full refund. If the goods exchanged differ in value from the return, an additional charge/refund will be made accordingly. Any returned goods, whether for an exchange or refund, must be sent to us complete, unused and in the original packaging; any breach of these conditions will result in non-acceptance of the returns.

We recommend you send any goods for return/exchange via registered post, and retain proof of shipment for your records. The customer is responsible for the costs of sending any returned goods back to us.

I have requested a refund. When and how will I receive it?

Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of any returned goods. Refunds are made via the method/card used for original payment.
